Our Call to Duty

Hope AZ (Home of Purpose Empowerment, LLC) is actively “SERVING THOSE WHO SERVED US.”  We serve any individual who has Triwest Healthcare. Hope AZ is a registered resource with the Arizona Coalition for Military Families through Be Connected, a resource that connects Arizona service members, veterans, families and helpers to information, support

Our Mission

To provide high quality care focusing on every client and their individual needs to empower them on their journey of recovery, prevention, intervention, and self-sufficiency in their mental well-being.

Many veterans come to the agency and ask,

"What do you do? What can you do to help?”

We can help you overcome substance use problems from unhealthy alcohol use to life-threatening addiction. We
match our services—like counseling, group therapy or medication—to your specific needs.

We help Veterans on their recovery journey. Our residential facilities help Veterans deal with substance abuse, homelessness, mental health and unemployment through its therapeutic and educational programs.

Suicide Prevention

Call the Veterans Crisis Line at 988 and press 1 for free, private help anytime 24/7.

Local suicide prevention coordinators can also connect you with ongoing services.


We address the needs of each individual with
confidentiality with two exceptions:

  • If in the judgment of the agency the client is at risk of seriously harming themselves or others or

  • If current child or elder abuse or domestic violence is involved.
