Elonda Wilson

Elonda is responsible for the Operations & Administration of HOPE AZ.
​
With over 20 years of experience as an Operations leader & executive in the financial industry, she is an experienced motivational speaker, life & career coach, and leadership trainer.
​
Elonda has given motivational talks on overcoming obstacles, living your best life, leadership, and how to be successful. Raised in poverty and having gave birth to her first child at the age of 15, Elonda successfully navigated her way to a successful, happy and fulfilling life despite a myriad of challenges along the way. Humbly she found her passion and purpose is in supporting others through personal and professional growth. Elonda specializes in motivating others to move out of their comfort zone, find their purpose, define their personal happiness and achieve it.

Elonda’s formal education includes a B.S. in Business Management, MA in Public Administration & Organizational Leadership, MS in Managing Innovation in Information Technology, and is currently a PhD candidate in Psychology Cognition & Instruction.
Kevin C0-founder of HOPE AZ is responsible for the oversight of social work, therapy, and services for the residents.
​
As a psychotherapist for the Department of Corrections, he has experience in oversight of the psychiatric ward and the residential treatment program for mentally acute patients. He has over 10 years’ experience working with individuals, couples and the mentally challenged.
​
His formal education includes a B.S. in Forensic Psychology and an MSW Master of Social Work. When he's not spending time with his wife and children, Kevin dedicates his time to community services where he teaches and inspires others to live to their fullest potential.
